		<description>I used to have a supervisor who had high stacks of papers on his desk. I don't know how he found anything. My desk at work is very cluttered but I can find everything. I think if you give him a set of shelves on his desk (like three shelves you can get at Target or Staples) that might help. One shelf can be some old stuff. The middle can be recent and the top can be things he has to follow up on.</description>
